Preparing to Go: What It Takes to Build a Movement of Service

The idea of Go Forth started as a simple prayer: “Lord, send me". Now, it’s becoming something real and that’s both exciting and humbling.

I’ve spent the past few months reaching out to churches, small organizations, and ministries across the country. My goal is to map out communities in need and find people who are already doing great work, people who just need a few more helping hands.

The plan is to travel city to city, town to town, meeting leaders, serving alongside them, and sharing their stories. I’ll be documenting it all; the people, the projects, and the places that remind us of what community really looks like.

There’s a lot to prepare; building the website, setting up connections, even just packing the trailer, but I believe that every step is part of the calling.
